Privacy notice

Who controls your information, what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask for.

Who is responsible

The practice is the controller of the information you provide here.

What is collected

Your name and contact details, your appointments, your payments and receipts, the messages you send here, and the technical records needed to run the service securely.

What is deliberately not collected

This account is an administrative portal, not a clinical record. It does not hold clinical notes, diagnoses, formulations, treatment plans, session recordings or transcripts. Where a treatment record is required, it is kept separately from this application.

Where it is held

Within the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information and ask for it to be corrected. You can delete your account yourself at any time, from Profile in your account. That removes your name, email address and phone number, your messages, your ways of signing in and any card or bank mandate saved for payments; upcoming appointments are cancelled and a fixed weekly session stops at once. Receipts and payment records are kept, only because bookkeeping law requires it. Your name, email address and phone number are removed from them in the practice's own system. Stripe, which processed your payments, keeps its own record of each payment, with the name and email address given for it, which the practice cannot change.
