How it works

From first visit to booking the session after your first one.

1. Decide whether it is a fit

Read about the services, then book the free 15-minute introductory call. It is not a therapy session, and nothing is expected of you. It costs you nothing.

2. Choose a time

You see the soonest available time and the full calendar. Times shown are real bookable capacity, checked against the practice calendar.

3. Pay and be confirmed

You pay at the time of booking. The appointment is confirmed only once payment has succeeded, never before.

4. Get your account

Booking creates your account. It holds your appointments, payments, receipts and messages in one place.

5. Join the session

It opens in your account up to 10 minutes before the start time.

6. Book the next one

Booking again takes a few seconds. You are not asked for your details a second time.

The rules that apply

Paying

Payment is taken at the time of booking through a secure payment provider. Card details are never held by this practice. A receipt is available in your account as soon as payment succeeds.

Any approved refund is paid within 7 working days of approval.

Prices include 21% VAT.

Changing or cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel from your account. What is possible depends on how close the session is.

Changes are possible up to 24 hours before a session, and what you paid is kept as a session to book another time. Later than that, a session can no longer be moved, and cancelling it uses it.

Messages

Messages are for practical questions about your appointments: booking, timing, payment and access.

Messages are usually answered within two working days.

Joining a session

Sessions take place on Google Meet. All you need is a Google (Gmail) account. The session opens in your browser, and the Join button in your account becomes active 10 minutes before the start time.
